2. Owners need to supply enough food, treats and medication for the duration of the carers stay. Any additional food or medication needed will need to be paid for when the owners return upon presentation of the receipt/s.
3.......Owners are required to give full details about their dog/pet behaviour, anti social or aggressive behaviours, health problems incontinence or excessive barking. Failure on the part of the owner to do this will render the dog/pet unsuitable for sitting amounting to a fundimental breech of our agreement.
4. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact owners in the event of an emergency. However House2Mouse Sitters reserves the right to make a decision in regarding the dogs/pets health provided it is at all times acting within the best interests of the dog/pet and upon the advice of the veterinary surgeon. Owners are responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by House2Mouse sitters in the owners absence
5. Dogs will only be exercised on a lead for everyones safety.
6. If a deposit is not sent with your booking form to House 2 Mouse sitters it will not be possible to guarantee you a sitter/carer
7. Deposits are not refundable should you cancel a booking within 10 days of a booked sitter arriving
8. All bookings must be made to House 2 Mouse sitters directly for insurance purposes
9. If an owner attempst to book or contact one of our sitters.carers directly or through a third party owner, partner relative or friend, he/she will be liable to pay House 2 Mouse Sitters one payment equal to 3 times the sitting fee paid to the sitter.carer and will be removed from our books
10. Carers/.Sitters will provide thier own bedding , food etc.
