From a tent in the middle of a field to a 70 room mansion, if your house needs to be occupied then we are the ones to look after it and keep it occupied,
we can either sit in full time day or night, in which we would not leave the premises for more than 3 hours during the day or more than 1/2 hr at night ( after 7pm)
Or we can just visit to water plants, pick up mail, and give a general appearance of being lived in.
We will undertake light housework duties, lawn cutting and light general gardening. even down to making sure that you have any items you may require on your return, just leave us a list and we will see you have the essentials that you require as well as returning to a welcoming house ,
Our Carers/Sitters will supply their own food and bedding, ( although our clients are normally happy for them to use some basic foodstuff eg. condiments. )
We can arrange for professional people to attend any emergencies that may arise in your absence, if you have a list of regular tradesmen that you use, then just leave us a list of those numbers and should the unforseen happen we can be there to sort it out on your behalf, Our Carers/Sitters will have our full support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so will never be left to 'just get on with it' they have a number where someone can be reached at all times,

During our initial telephone discussion with you, we will take the dates of the assignment and any specific needs you might have, we will then arrange a visit to discuss your needs further. E.G whether you have domestic animals, livestock garden tasks etc.
We are then able to select a sitter for you and arrange for a visit to be made to you by the sitter and ourselves so that you (and your pets!) are able to satisfy yourself with our choice and run through the requirements of the assignment, from where to walk the dogs to how often to water the plants, mow the lawn and any other duties you may wish to have carried out in your absence
If for any reason you should reject our choice of sitter, we are able to offer an alternative without any fuss or embarrassment and another suitalbe sitter will be found.
On the day of your departure, the sitter will arrive at the time of your choice (arrangements can be made for this to be on the previous evening if you have an early start) and will take up residence until you return.
Even if you are delayed, the sitter will remain on site for you and will give you a report on your home and pet
